Fun dives
Fun dives are recreational scuba dives for certified divers who want to explore underwater environments for leisure around Gili Trawangan.
Our fun dives are typically guided by our experienced SSI & PADI dive professionals and offer a chance to see diverse marine life, vibrant coral reefs, and stunning underwater landscapes — including the famous Underwater Sculptures, Halik Reef, Meno Wall, Shark Point, and the Deep Turbo Wreck.
Whether you want to swim with turtles, drift along colorful walls, or explore a sunken wreck, our small groups (max 4 divers per guide) ensure a personalized and unforgettable experience. Plus, free GoPro footage included on every fun dive!
Fun dives are offered at 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 2:00 PM. Since our dive sites are close by, we'll return to the island for a break between each dive. We'll also capture underwater footage of you, your friends, and your family—free of charge!

Fun Dives at Signature Scuba Gili Trawangan are designed for certified divers who want to explore the island's incredible underwater world with professional guidance. With multiple daily departure times, flexible scheduling, and small group sizes, we make it easy to fit diving into your vacation itinerary.
Our dive sites are located just minutes from the shore, meaning minimal travel time and maximum bottom time. We offer three daily departure times: 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 2:00 PM. Between dives, we return to Gili Trawangan so you can relax, grab lunch, charge your camera, or simply enjoy the island vibes before your next dive.
Each fun dive is guided by an experienced SSI or PADI professional who knows the local reefs intimately. They'll point out hidden critters, ensure your safety, and tailor the dive profile to your certification level and comfort. Maximum depth is determined by your certification — Open Water divers to 18m, Advanced to 30m.
All dives include full scuba equipment (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, weights, and tank). We use modern, well-maintained gear from top brands. And every diver receives complimentary underwater photos and video footage — a perfect way to remember your Gili Trawangan dives.
Popular dive sites include Turtle Heaven, Shark Point, Halik Reef, Deep Turbo, and Manta Point (seasonal). Expect to see green and hawksbill turtles, white and blacktip reef sharks, bumphead parrotfish, moray eels, octopus, and countless species of tropical reef fish.
